The weekend kicked off early with a day of tracking on Friday. Some of Ash's tracking comrades came out to Raven to work their dogs and enjoy the beautiful sunshine on the ranch.
Below are some pics in no particular order from a busy but great long weekend in May in Raven!
The arrival of some of the cow calf pairs on my neighbour's quarters. The crew is already watching over this herd. More cows to come along with my Black Angus gals - so stay tuned! |

ReplyDeleteHey Annabel, it was indeed a great long weekend packed full of fun and chores! Thought you would enjoy the lamb pics:-)
ReplyDeleteloved the lamb photos. Nice looking bunch. Did you get poop on your pants taking those shots?
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yes, I did have a dirty pair of PANTS after the lamb shoot, but it was worth it. Taking a pic from ground up either kneeling or on my belly is one of my tips, as you know - can be fun but messy:-)
DeleteHad a great time, as always, tracking at your place...all the dogs did great and friendships continues....what fun....see you soon
ReplyDeleteHey Lynn, and it was great to see your gal "Quila" doing her search and rescue - great fun with the comrades and their working dogs. Looking forward to more practise sessions.
ReplyDeleteCheers
